Why the handle can not grip the weights?
Please place the dumbbell plates on the tray in order from big to small, and make sure that the side with the iron piece on all the plates is facing the side of the handle dial. Otherwise, the handle can not grip the weights.
How to reset the weights?
1. Remove all the dumbbells from the tray; 2. Place the handles on the tray; 3. Turn the handles, adjust the weight to the minimum (3, 4.5, 2 pounds); 4. Pick up the handle; 5. Put all the plates back on the tray.
How to avoid dumbbell plates falling off？
Please make sure that the iron side of each plate is facing inwards, otherwise the dumbbell plates may fall off.
